We all know that there is no free nation without TOKKUMMAA. What we Oromos lack is Tokkummaa, the primary source of national strength. It therefore becomes a necessity to discuss in detail what unity means. In the process, we have to address our social disunity, for there are a number of them; such as religion, region of birth in Oromia, and political association. We need to examine each one of these issues, give them their proper category as against the over arching concept of Oromia and Oromummaa. Bear in mind that Oromummaa, Oromia and the region of birth are the matters of nature, something we can do nothing about. Where as religion and political association are the social factors created by man to accommodate individual beliefs and rights. These are the issues which we need to discuss because we can give them their places and values in order to avoid their negative intervention in Oromo unity. Furthermore, when we discuss about what makes us one, let us bear in mind that it is natural and God meant it to be so and there is nothing we can do about them except to stand for what we are made to be, Oromos, Oromummaa in the land of Oromia.
Please be logical, positive, and proactive.
Thank you
